My name is Michael Jenkins, and as of the date of this writing, I have over 20 years of experience within the Information Technology industry. I have worked numerous positions at help desks, been within the desktop support field for many years, and have progressed to working with servers and cloud computing now on a daily basis.
I decided in 2002 that I would become a professional computer technician and enrolled at Nashville State Community College for an Associates Degree in Computer Technology. While attending college, I met my current wife, Shamekia, who was seeking the same degree. We became serious and then engaged in 2004, and married in 2005, and I moved to Centerville, TN. We then began having children- a total of 6. During this time, we also pursued our bachelor’s degrees. My wife obtained a degree in teaching, and currently teaches at Centerville Intermediate School. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in 2010.
I have filled many roles in many different locations throughout the years and have finally decided to test the waters on my own. I think it’s time that I did- I’ve always loved a steady income- so I’m taking it slow- starting out slow, while I work a full-time position, and see what happens. My goal is to earn your business.
